Daybase is flexible, on-demand coworking designed for the future of work. Because we know you spend some time at home, some time going into HQ, and some time with us. Think of Daybase as your monthly gym membership or airport lounge — but for coworking. The majority of our spaces are shared. Some are bookable. Choose between the lounge areas, phone booths, and workspots. And enjoy working on your terms, starting at only $50/month. 

The Daylounge is the common area and every membership includes unlimited access to it. It’s basically the heart of every Daybase location and is designed for collaboration, comfort, and productivity, while also prioritizing personal space. There’s access to private phone booths in case you need to take a call, regain your focus, or just take a few minutes to yourself. 

We also offer bookable meeting spaces that can be accessed with credits. These include workstations, focus rooms, open huddles, and meeting rooms. 

Every Daybase membership comes with unlimited access to the Daylounge (no reservations needed). When you get to your local Daybase, check in using your Daylounge Access Pass in our app.

In order to book a workspot at Daybase, you’ll need to download the Daybase app. Once you are in the app hit the “Book Now” button and follow the on screen prompts to build the perfect reservation for your needs. 

All reservations can be canceled and your credits will be refunded (if applicable) up to 24 hours before the start of your reservation. We have this cancellation policy to make sure all of our members can get access to the workspots they need to own their day.

There’s a few ways to bring guests along to your next Daybase day. With reservations of bookable workspots  – such as an open huddle or meeting room – you will have however many guest passes the workspot can accommodate. The Daylounge and our bookable workstations do not include passes for guests. 

Flex and Plus memberships can also give friends or colleagues unlimited access to Daybase for the day. To share a Daypass, open the app and tap the avatar in the top right corner. Then, tap the “Refer a Friend” button, enter their details, and we’ll let them know you’ve invited them. 

It’s quick and easy to sign up for Daybase. Head to the product page and select a membership level that suits your needs (we think Flex is a great starting point). Then, download the Daybase app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You’ll be on your way to booking your first workspot in no time.

With a Daybase membership, you’ll have an all-access pass to a network of on-demand workspots. You can visit your local Daybase anytime, and you can also stop by any of our locations coming soon all over the country. Additionally, your Daybase membership will give you discounts on Credits that can be used to book more private workspots, like desks or conference rooms. Daybase has all of the amenities you need from an office without the commute. Think reliable WiFi, printing, coffee, office supplies, and a dedicated Base Team to help you with all your needs.

The wifi at Daybase is blazing fast and very reliable. When you get to your local Daybase just ask a member of the Base Team for the network password.

You can print at any of our Daybase locations. It’s included in your membership or à la carte reservation. Simply email the document to the Base Team on-site and they will print it for you. If you have something sensitive in nature that you need printed, ask your Base Team for a USB drive to transfer the documents and they will help you print them privately. 

The short answer is no. We don’t offer private offices or assigned desks because the new way of working doesn’t call for it. Instead, Daybase provides common areas and bookable work spaces for whatever you need to get done. We are made for the days when you don’t go into the office and when you just can’t imagine being stuck at home all day.

Credits allow you to book time in meeting rooms and workstations. Our Flex and Plus members receive a set amount each month to book whatever private spaces they need. Extra credits can always be purchased in case you run out, or if you’re a Basic member. 

Anyone who wants to try Daybase gets their first visit free with a Daypass. It’s basically like a free sample, but for flexible, on-demand coworking. You’ll get unlimited access to the Daylounge, phone booths, and coffee/tea for one whole day. First timers are free and all you have to do is register here. After that, any single-day visits are $18 per day. 

Treat yourself to an upgrade, you deserve it. Each billing cycle, Flex members get 2 free room upgrades and Plus members get 4 upgrades. Upgrades are only available at the time of check-in and are valid for upgrades from a workstation to a focus room, a focus room to a meeting room or open huddle, and for upgrades from an open huddle to a meeting room.
